Beach Theme For Preschoolers
The arts and crafts are a great way for young children to reinforce the ideas they have learned and creatively explore new concepts. The art is very nice time for most children, especially toddlers and preschoolers. The artistic activity can open a series of educational opportunities in a variety of topics. These projects can be delicious part of a lesson on nutrition and fun activities that initiate discussions on healthy eating and good nutrition.
My own food pyramid
On a large sheet cardboard, draw a large triangle is divided into a standard food pyramid with five food groups and fats and sweets party. Label each section with the name of the food group and the number of servings per day. Let your child cut pictures of food or newspapers and magazines from sales or use food labels. Paste the pictures of food in the correct groups.
You can eat real food make art projects too! Some are ready to eat, while others are watching.
Cereal Necklace
Round grain chains like Cheerios or Fruit Loops onto a piece of thread. This activity is ideal for building fine motor skills in young children and can also serve as a pleasure and a healthy snack!
Spaghetti is good for me
Dip cotton balls in brown paint and dry on waxed paper for cooking, drain and cool spaghetti. Glue the cooled noodles in a plate of polystyrene. tomato sauce in the paint with red paint. When the paint dries, glue on cotton balls. Do not eat this project and throw it after 2-3 days to prevent mold.
Paintings of fruits and vegetables
Cut a variety of fruits and vegetables into chunks and thick circles. Potatoes, apples, carrots and radishes are good for this project. Be creative and include parts of several pieces of celery and pepper form. Prepare the art of paper in a child-sized easel. Dip the pieces of vegetables in the paint and stamp on paper.
Bugs on a log
Spread Peanut butter celery with raisins on top of a healthy snack.
Colorful Toast
Mix a small amount of milk with food dye and let your child paint a piece of bread with a small brush, taking care not to be the bread is too moist. toast, top with butter, and let your enjoy your little masterpiece.
There are also lots of fun food crafts you and your child can make paper and other supplies that promote simple art nutrition education.
My favorite pizza
Painting a red paper plate and let dry. Provide your child with a selection of pieces of pizza as son of yellow for cheese, pepperoni, red circles, small brown pompoms sausages and green strips green pepper. Apply glue on the plate and let your child glue on your favorite toppings. You can even sprinkle with oregano realistic smell.
A healthy breakfast
Cut a container of eggs and bacon and toast to brown construction paper. Provide your child with dry cereal and glue and the glue of the elements of a healthy breakfast on a sheet of paper. Paste sections that contain eggs in the eggs and to consider a paper cup with orange or white card in it for juice or milk. Paste the bacon, toast, and cereals as well.
